A Few Thoughts

 

Good Sunday Afternoon.

Thank you so much for catering my wife's 40th birthday celebration. Many told me it was the best celebratory feast they had ever tasted. You and your staff made the night much easier for me and we continue to talk about the table decor, flavourful food, designer cake and of course everyone loved the cupcake takeaways ....that's the extra touch!

Your presentation and food were outstanding because your attention to detail is just unbelievable. I appreciate all your hard work and patience you demonstrated throughout this process. You have our admiration!

We had a great time Friday night.  We enjoyed making/eating the variety of appetizers, picked up great tips from you about making and plating appetizers, exchanged ideas with some of the other guests, and generally had a relaxing evening.   You are very lovely and your teaching method is great.  Thank you for the recipes.  We're sure to incorporate some or all into our upcoming bbq season!  One thing is for sure ... you inspired us all ... Saturday morning unbenowst to the others, we each separately went out shopping for various things that you inspired us to use for our next party.  We all had a good chuckle talking about our purchases this morning!

I thoroughly enjoyed our evening with you on Friday.  I plan on using all of your recipes for my next dinner party.  The dressing on the salad was so delicious, I wanted to tip my salad plate and drink what was left of the dressing!!!!!
